Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information on our website, Ainmean-Àite na h-Alba (AÀA) reserves the right to change any specification without notice. However, prices agreed at the time of purchase will not change in final invoicing. Any questions or queries regarding any product should be raised prior to placing your order.

All online payments are conducted using PayPal.
Postage Policy
IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER BEFORE CHRISTMAS PLEASE ORDER BY THE END OF THE FIRST WEEK IN DECEMBER.
AÀA WILL BE SHUT BETWEEN CHRISTMAS AND NEW YEAR. YOU CAN PLACE AN ORDER DURING THIS TIME BUT NO GOODS WILL BE SENT AWAY UNTIL WE ARE BACK AT THE BEGINNING OF JANUARY. MANY THANKS.
All orders will be despatched within 5 working days, subject to stock availability. Please allow 28 working days for delivery.
United Kingdom
Postage for SNH booklets is £1.50 for the first booklet and an additional 50p for each additional booklet.
Rest of World & Europe
Please contact us directly to receive prices for postage and packaging.
Return Policy
Should any products purchased from the AÀA online shop be faulty, damaged in transit, or differ from the description on the website, we will be happy to replace or refund them, according to the customer’s wishes.
In the event of a customer mistakenly purchasing an item from AÀA, we will be happy to replace or refund the item, provided the original item is returned to us in an unused condition, fit to be resold.
AÀA must be notified about returns within 14 days of delivery of the product and returns will only be accepted when previously authorised. Any unauthorised returns will be sent back at your expense.
Claims for shortages must be made within 14 days of delivery.
When an order is returned, we reserve the right to retain the cost of the outward postage.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a customer.
