Additional Information
The river flowing between East and West Laroch is River Laroch (same on 1875 OS 6 inch 1st edn.). Robertson gives this as Abhainn na Làthraich.
Informant AK corroborated the long à.
Gordon’s Larach is not in the correct location, but a few miles East near the site of present-day Invercoe.
‘an Iar’ is the approved form of ‘west’ under Gaelic Street-Names Guidance Booklet.
