This name signifies the Hill or spur of the Rowan Mu [Munro], and is applied “to a prominent hill of considerable height a little to the N.W. [North West] of Coire Liath” OS Namebooks OS1/17/15/9
Although in the Namebooks this name is not on OS 6” 1st edn. This seems to have been considered part of Tigh Mòr na Seilge. Carn na Coire Mheadhoin is also absent. It is in a different location (slightly to the east) on Bartholomew maps and 1 inch OS maps.
