Additional Information
The form Càrn Fheusda was made up by Johnston.
The specific element may be Ùsaidh, an obscure Pictish element also appearing in Loch Ussie (Watson 1904, 105). Given the paucity of any Gaelic forms or any clear cognates, a form reflecting the modern pronunciation of the name may be the best approach.
